Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing.
• ‍Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Web3, Blockchain, or DeFi marketing (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred. ‍

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and business growth.
• Plan and launch go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new products, features, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Execute marketing campaigns for Web3, Blockchain, and DeFi products across digital and community channels.
• Manage brand presence and content across social media, blogs, email, PR, and other marketing platforms.
• Build and grow Web3 communities on Facebook, Telegram, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage paid marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and optimize performance using key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams while tracking campaign performance and presenting actionable insights.

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Lead AI/ML Engineer or Lead Data Scientist to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning, strong programming capabilities, hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to guide and mentor technical teams. • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with public blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Tezos, Algorand, or similar ecosystems.
• Strong experience in full-stack Ethereum development, including:
• Smart contract development (Solidity)
• Frontend integration (Web3/Ethers.js/Web3.js)
• Backend development and API integration
• Solid understanding and practical experience with DeFi protocols, NFTs, staking, swapping, and other Web3 applications.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and lending/borrowing protocols, with strong knowledge of Uniswap V2 and Uniswap V3.
