Overview  

The platform offers a comprehensive clearinghouse solution tailored for the Saudi Stock Exchange. Designed to mitigate post-trade risk, this solution delivers centralised counterparty risk management and clearing services, enhancing market efficiency and fostering the development of new financial products and services in the Saudi capital markets.  

The platform facilitates a seamless repo trading experience for Saudi Arabian institutions, enabling them to discover counterparties, negotiate deals, and have transactions automatically cleared by their respective clearing members. Initially focusing on repo transactions, the platform's scope is expected to extend to other clearable instruments within its operational universe, such as unsecured deposits, interest rate swaps, and FX.  

Additionally, its role is emphasized in enabling trading activities between self-clearing and non-clearing members, contributing to the overall efficiency and security of the trading process. This integration with other systems further enhances its utility, solidifying its position as a cornerstone in the infrastructure of Saudi capital markets.
